Subject:        Macbeth Screenplay

Cromwell Production Limited made three Shakespeare films that received
limited (largely video) distribution.  Their 1996 *Macbeth* also
generated a published screenplay (Stratford-upon-Avon: Cromwell
Productions Limited, 1996).  Does anyone know if the *Hamlet* and *King
Lear* screenplays also been published?  I can find no trace of them.
