Subject: Sisson & More
Charring Cross Road came through for me again, and after years of
searching I have finally found a copy of C. J. Sisson's *Lost Plays of
Shakespeare's Age*. Alas, the title misled me somewhat and it is not
what I expected.
I am looking for a book that has pretty much everything known about the
lost plays of this era. I want more than titles, authors, dates, and
companies; such information is readily available. I'm looking for a
source that has truly everything known: lines quoted in other sources,
synopsis, character lists, actors who participated, really EVERYTHING
that is known about these plays.
Does anyone know of such a book?
