Kerrigan and K DJ may be referring to the same idea, but the Cambridge
scholar is surely not referring to the Oxford scholar's introduction
itself. I have a reprint copy of Kerrigan's edition first published in
1986, which has the same claim in question (p. 42). K DJ's edition came
out in 1997.
