"Real Sex" is, or was, the name of a US series made for HBO a few years
ago.  That being the case, I rather fancy this was the naked "Macbeth"
done by a strip club to embarrass the local authorities, by forcing them
to "prosecute them for doing Shakespeare".

Please let us know if this is not the production or Macbeth they do
(did) down in Florida that was featured on HBO a year or so ago.
Needless to say the production did not win any awards for acting.
