I saw a production of Henry V in Chicago during the Teaching Shakespeare
conference in 1996 (?).

Projected on the back wall was "Henry V" as if it were chiseled into
stone. At the end of the production the name was reduced to reveal it
as a portion of a name carved into the granite of the Vietnam Memorial.
And of course, as the Henry reduced in size, more and more names were
revealed. I found it to be an effective ending image for the play.
