I hope this gets through. Speaking of truly outstanding acting (which is
not all that much in evidence in the PBS production), does anyone on the
list have a video copy of the very old telecast (on Bravo) of the Peter
Hall/John Barton RSC Wars of the Roses? I am searching for one for a
study of the First Tetralogy. I have the BBC version as well the full
ESC production (the only part of which ever released in the US was the
Richard II-Henry V Second Tetralogy; the Henry VI/Edward IV/Richard III
were never made available this side of the Atlantic.) Any information
would be most welcome. Feel free to reply to me privately is so desired.
