My impression from reading the preface to Dogg's Hamlet was that
Stoppard had withdrawn the 15-Minute Hamlet from circulation, and that
in fact DH was not to be performed without its companion piece, Cahoot's
Macbeth. Since I am too lazy to go upstairs to check my memory, I could
be entirely wrong about this.
