Subject: Shakespeare & the Colonies
Just a "heads up" RE: an article in the Winter 2002-2003 issue of
Colonial Williamsburg.
The opening line WILL suffice, I think:
"Sir Francis Bacon's name might not be well known in Williamsburg were
it not for the belief of some individuals that he wrote Shakespeare's
plays and had them buried in the churchyard of Bruton Parish
[Virginia]."
It goes on. It is well to know what is being said.
