Subject: Shakespeare Quarterly (customer/subscription service)

I'm terribly sorry that I have nothing scholarly or interesting to say
in this post (so if you're too busy, you're welcome to move on to the
next one). I've been having a problem with the publisher (university
press) of the Shakespeare Quarterly *again*, and I'm hoping that some
SHAKSPERians may be able to assist me. I e-mailed the Johns Hopkins
University Press (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
three times, but I haven't received the winter 2002 issue yet. (With my
current subscription I should be able to get the winter 2002 and spring
2003 issues.) I had a similar problem with the university press a year
ago, so I would like to contact the head of the customer/subscription
service department directly so that I may sort out the problem once for
all. Does any SHAKSPERian know his/her name and e-mail address? Please
contact me offlist.

Best wishes,
Takashi
