I checked out my 1978 videotape of the movie and did not see a
dedication to the RAF. That doesn't mean that it didn't appear earlier,
of course.

Subject: Olivier's Henry V Dedication
The Carlton Home Entertainment Video cassette has it: To the Commandos
and Airborne Troops of Great Britain the spirit of whose ancestors it
has been humbly attempted to recapture in some ensuing scenes this film
is dedicated.

I have just been re-watching the video produced in the UK by Carlton in
1998. The dedication appears immediately after the title, and takes the
form of an image of a grey marble stone on which has been inscribed: To
the Commandos and Airborne Divisions of Great Britain -there is a longer
piece below about the play celebrating their ancestors, which I can
transcribe if anyone would like it-Katherine Duncan-Jones

Dear Edna,
You remembered correctly; there was such a dedication, and at the
beginning, when Olivier's Henry V was first released. It was, however,
to the Commandos and Parachute Troops, "the spirit of whose ancestors
this film has humbly attempted to recapture." The words in quotes are
exact; I'm not positive about the language of the earlier part, though
the troops involved are correctly indicated. I'd suggest Harry Geduld's
Filmguide to Henry V as an authoritative source.
The dedication disappeared relatively early; my VHS tape doesn't have it
either. It's a shame because Olivier makes explicit with it that the
relevant times of his film include "their finest hour" as well as 1600
and 1415.
