There is an Actors' Shakespeare Company which is committed to
Elizabethan staging [costumes, music etc] as best can be done in a
theater without a proper upper stage. The company operates in Hoboken

I believe "Wooden O" in New York City (currently staging Romeo and
Juliet) works along the same lines.

I don't know for sure what you mean by "Elizabethan Staging
Conventions"--after all, there is still scholarly disagreement over what
those were.  If you mean minimal use of modern theatrical technology,
you might look into Northern Broadsides, artistic director Barrie
Rutter.
