Subject:        Olivier's Henry V Dedication

When my Shakespeare class recently viewed the opening sequence of
Olivier's
Henry V, I expected to see the dedication to the RAF that I remembered
from
previous viewings.  However, this new DVD did not have it.  Does anyone
know the exact wording of that dedication?  Was it perhaps at the end?
Am
I imagining that dedication, or was it once actually there?
