Subject: Re: Winter's Tale Queries
Al reminds us that '[t]he poet HD (Hilda Doolittle) had a daughter [...]
named Frances Perdita--later known as Perdita Macpherson Schaffner
(1919-2001)'. I vaguely remember that Ernst Honigmann named his daughter
Perdita. (Or was it his granddaughter?) Speaking of 'perdita', some
SHAKSPERians may want to visit the 'Perdita Project' (early modern
women's manuscript compilations) website:
http://human.ntu.ac.uk/research/perdita/index.html
Best wishes,
Takashi
