In reference to Holger Schott's query (which was crossposted to Ficino
and H-Albion), Dan Knauss has given me permission to forward his answer
to those to two lists to SHAKSPER.  (BTW for myself, I don't mind
crossposting, but I like the crossposter to indicate that fact.)  For

II in the 1587 editions. See Cyndia Clegg, Press Censorship in
Jacobean England.
