There was a theatrically effective and engaging open-air performance of
the play in Cape Town some years ago. The setting helped a lot, of
course. One of the aspects of the production that made me think anew
about 1.2 was a WWF-style wrestling scene that was unexpectedly, and
shockingly, violent.
