The RSC archival videos are available for viewing only in the
Shakespeare Centre Library in Stratford-upon-Avon where the RSC archive
is deposited. These videos of RSC productions, created with a single
fixed camera and without special lighting or sound equipment, have been
made since 1982. They are primarily for internal use by the Company. For
copyright and contractual reasons they can be made available only to
individuals and very small groups for private research and study.

Some RSC productions have been made available commercially for sale, for
example the 1998 production of The Winter' Tale with Anthony Sher. These
are marked on the video lists where they exist and can be seen at the
Library or purchased from the Shakespeare Bookshop
