Subject: Rome & Jewels
Just came across an advertisment in a local paper for the following:
Rome & Jewels
"A Hip-Hop love story and dance inspired by Romeo and Juliet and West
Side Story."
Feb 24-29, 2004
The Elgin Theatre, Toronto
I've never heard of this before. Does anyone know anything about this
show?
The New York Times says "Mr. Harris and his 11 bare-chested male
performers surged through precision formations staged with deceptive
simplicity. The patterns and the dancers' physical control were
stunning." Are the 11 bare-chested male performers worth the price of
admission?
