I have seen this edition of Shakespeare for sale on the Net for $590,
and another, a mixed set partly from Blackie and partly from the
American publisher, Scribner, for $250.

Remember, these are bookseller's _selling_ prices.

The Blackie & son (Scotland) edition was the first, in 1895.

Irving also had his name on a 1-volume Shakespeare -- this sells for
only about $15. Don't let anyone try to confuse the two.

Remember, condition, condition, condition.
