Special Session:
Discovering and Recovering Un(der)noticed and Lost Renaissance Pageantry

This special session seeks to expand the discourse concerning
conventional Renaissance drama by foregrounding pageantry usually
confined to the margins of literary, historical, and dramatic history.
We invite two papers examining textual fragments, historical records,
and lesser known pageantry of the early modern period to complete our
panel.  Interdisciplinary approaches are especially welcome.  Papers
should be 15-20 minutes reading length.  Interested parties should
submit a one page abstract and brief cv by May 10 to:
