Subject: An Event, Sort of
This may be of interest to Shakespeareans. A year ago I attended and
took part in a marathon reading of Milton's "Paradise Lost." This was
recorded on CDs, eleven of them, and I have never listened to them. So,
I decided somewhat arbitrarily to play them from "of man's first
disobedience" to "solitary steps and slow" this Saturday, May 8 starting
at 9 a.m.
I invite anyone in the vicinity of Portland, Oregon to come and listen
to any or all of it. I'll have a pot of soup at the ready, and coffee &
tea. Please email me privately for details if you'd like to come. Should
take about 12 hours.
