This is twice in a very short time that a publication has been touted on
this list.  And, both times, NO information on how to purchase these
publications has been offered.  Perhaps I am the only one who does not
know where these intriguing sounding volumes may be bought, but somehow
I doubt it.

 From now on, when promoting a book, publication, etc., can information
on purchasing please be included?
