Subject: And Now for Something Completely Different
Pursuant to an admittedly private matter, does anyone on the list have
information on the process of rehearsing Shakespeare by professional
companies?
I would be interested in personal anecdotes as well as technical data
about rehearsal schedules and procedures.
I don't need information about college or community productions: I've
been there. And what I'm looking for is not likely to be in the
reminiscences of famous actors.
Perhaps the best way to put it is this: how does professional production
of Shakespeare differ from amateur?
Cheers
Don
