Thank you to both of you. I'll look up Thirteenth Night. I had read that
Twelfth Night was sometimes renamed 'Malvolio' by the Victorians so
thought it possible someone might actually have rewritten Malvolio's
Revenge!  (In my version, Malvolio's revenge is connected with his
accusing the Illyrians of witchcraft, and of inducing the govt of
Messaline, or Messina, to invade to destroy the heretics..and the play
is about how the Illyrians eventually, after much suffering, manage to
destroy him and his schemes)
