Subject: Merchant Game?
Hello all-
I'm currently working on a production of Merchant of Venice and the
director asked me if I knew of any games that might be played by
servants in public places (such as streets) in the Renaissance. She'd
prefer it if the game could involve money in some way, but this is not
necessary. It's for a top of show pantomime and should be fairly brief.
I was hoping someone on the list might either know of such a game or
know where I could find out about one. The show opens fairly soon, so
speedy replies would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks for any and all assistance!
