This sticks in my craw:

 >The Tennessee Law Review will publish papers from the University of
 >Tennessee's June 2004 conference, "Who Wrote Shakespeare?" in their
 >Fall 2004 issue, due out in February 2005.

Not the announcement, but the very existence of this law review issue. I
wonder if the Tennessee Law Review would be willing to give
Shakespeareans an opportunity to compile and edit a special issue on
Fourth Amendment interpretation in the Rehnquist court?
