I was fortunate to find a copy of this a couple of months ago in our
local library's second hand book sale for 50 cents. I wonder what took

Penguin Classics have brought out a recent edition of Golding's
translation titled OVID'S METAMORPHOSIS, translated by Arthur
Golding.(2002) The introduction and notes by Madelaine Forey are
excellent. Julia Crockett
