I suppose we must go through four more years of cheap shots under the
guise of a Shakespeare discussion? Were I to head down a particular
path, I could say that the previous "blue" office had some very
mysterious murders and unexplained pardons occur in it's eight years.
Is there a Shakespeare reference here? Was that a modern-day Macbeth
and Lady M.? Do we actually want to continue these 'kind' of
discussions on the main board?
I am one of those members who enjoys pointed discussions as it relates
to current productions, interesting interpretations, or learned
insights into the texts themselves. I read every post to see what I may
use in future shows (either as actor or director). Maybe I have a
higher expectation of the traffic here than some and perhaps I must
learn to accept that others choose to use this forum for thinly
disguised political screeds. Personally, I'd rather not turn this
Listserv into a BLOG. IMHO.
