What's the measurement standard for this statistic? About 60% of the
human brain measured by spatial volume, neuron count, energy use...what?
My review of the neuroscience literature (see
http://www.galbithink.org/sense-s2.htm), as well as common sense,
suggests that a lot of the brain is multi-use/often not used. Can you
provide a scientific reference for the above statistic?
