Call for Papers or Panels
The Ohio Shakespeare Conference
November 10-12, 2005
"Shakespeare and the Law"
The Toledo Radisson Hotel
Spansored by Owens State Community College

Keynote Speakers: David Bevington and Laurie Shannon
Performances by the Shenandoah Shakespeare Blackfriar's Stage Company

Submissions for this theme-focused conference should explore the many
aspects of law in early modern culture. We welcome 300 word abstracts or
proposals. Proposals for panels are also welcome. Submissions should
include treatment of Shakespeare and/or his contemporaries.

Proposal deadline is September 30.  Email submissions are acceptable.
If sufficient interest is generated, there may be a few undergraduate
panels.  Please indicate in your proposal if you are submitting a paper
or panel proposal for one of the undergraduate sessions.

Please include the following information in your conference proposals or
abstracts: name, e-mail address, college or university affiliation,
mailing address, audio visual needs, if you are part of a panel, and
times when it is impossible for you to present your work during the
November 10th-12th time frame.
