Subject: Shakespeare Statistics
I can only comment on the suggested number - 1367 - of murders. As I
count 1433 characters in the entire canon*, I think that estimate might
be a little high.
*Including Edward III; including every mention of 'Servant',
'Messenger', etc., as a different role; and including named roles
without lines (76 of those!).
