I would like to congratulate Mr Briggs for pointing out to the readers
the obvious connection in the "Lady of the Strachey" between William
Strachey and Ben Jonson found in TN. Strachey and Jonson were business
partners in The Children's Theatre. Ben, as the editor of the First
Folio, was in the position to tease his old buddy by this "in joke" lost
to the present generation.
