Oh, don't think WS was never devious. How best to revenge one's self on
an ex-lover? Write poems that would last forever (bwah-hah-hah...) ;)

As for the printing - even if WS didn't direct the printing, the writing
itself (how many times can a man insert his name into a single poem and
get away with it?) was just too obvious to ignore, and, if I were that
printer, I'd typeset it that way myself...
