Shakespeare is a new peer-reviewed journal published by Routledge:
http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/titles/17450918.asp. The first issue is
now available online and will shortly be available in print as well. A
sample copy can be viewed at the link above; subscription to the journal
is also included in the new membership fees for the British Shakespeare
Association. David's paper is not in the current issue but in the next
which will be published shortly - and yes, 'Shakespeare's Ghosts' is
indeed an interesting and important article.

[John Cox writes] the journal "Shakespeare," which is publishing the
article, an online publication? I'm not familiar with it, so I don't
know how to pursue the reference.
See http://journalsonline.tandf.co.uk/link.asp?id=112179.

The journal is 'e-first', meaning that each year the issues appear
one-by-one on the publisher's website, and then at the end of the year
the issues for that year are printed and bound together as one paper
volume and mailed to the subscribers. The publisher is Routledge and the
journal's home is:
http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/titles/17450918.asp
Shakespeare is the organ of the British Shakespeare Association and the
first issue appeared a few months ago. The second issue (with David
Schalkwyk's article in it) will appear in a month or two.
Currently the journal publishes two issues a year. This will rise to
three and then four over the next two years.
Regards,
Gabriel Egan
Editor, Shakespeare
