It is difficult to play the Nurse - as I once did, at a boy's school -
as anything other than old when most of one's teeth are blacked out, as
the text requires (1.3):

   I'll lay fourteen of my teeth, and yet to my teen
   be it spoken I have but four, she's not fourteen.
