Subject: Apology abd Explanation
Dear SHAKSPEReans,
Please excuse my sending out a new biography file to the list rather
than the listserv.
As you know, there are three addresses associated with the list: 1.

(my editor's address); 2.

When you send messages either to my editor's address

) or to the list address (

),
they appear in my editor's account for me to do all of what I do before
I send them out. In order for me to distribute a digest to the members,
I must send it from my editor's account to the list account. However,
there are many other tasks that I do to maintain the list, such as
adding or removing members, changing a member's account options, and so
on. When I issue a command to perform these functions, I send it to the
listserv address.
This morning by accident instead of sending a file with a few new
members to the listserv I sent it to the list and it was distributed.
My apologies.
