I have a copy of the Bogdanov book, which also carries the term "Volume
1", and am eagerly awaiting the next, and successive volumes.

Michael's perspective on Shakespeare is always refreshing, frequently
surprising, yet always relevant and justifiable.

I highly recommend it.
