"My fondest recollection of this film is an incredibly dishy Diana Rigg
in a leather miniskirt. Yum!"

Speaking of "yum," rather its opposite, the poodle pie served to Robert
Morley a la Queen Tamara. Here's a web page with a synopsis of the
movie and a film frame of the poodle pie.

When I saw Radford's Merchant film this year I wondered if he borrowed
something from "Theatre of Blood." His "dish of doves" is a large pie
with dove heads sticking out of the crust.
