Subject: Riverside Notes

Reading through some plays in the Riverside Shakespeare recently, a
question occurred to me. Who wrote the notes and glosses? Was it G.
Blakemore Evans? The person who wrote the introduction for the play? An
unidentified third party? A committee?

On the one hand, it's a matter of idle curiosity. On the other, it's a
matter of giving credit where credit is due.
