If you are an instructor and have enrolled one of your classes for the
semester, these are the procedures you should follow:
1. At the beginning of the term, instructors should send me a list of
their students' full names and e-mail addresses. I will add everyone in
the class to the list.
2. At the end of the term, instructors should RE-SEND me the list of the
names of their students and e-mail addresses. I will delete everyone in
the class from the list.
3. Students who would like to continue as members of SHAKSPER can send
me a brief biography, and I will add them back to the membership list.
