Subject: Shakespeare & the Rigidniks
I have finally gotten my 330-page book, Shakespeare & the Rigidniks,
published (self-published, needless, to say). This is to announce that
you can read its preface and two sample chapters of it at
http://bobgrumman.com/Shakespeare-and-the-Rigidniks/Index.html.
The address you can order it from is there, too.
On the surface, it is about the authorship debate, but it is more
importantly a study of the thought processes of the conspiracy nuts.
Here and there, there are discussions of various poems about Shakespeare
that should interest those interested in Shakespeare and his times but
not in the authorship controversy. My essays on Greene's Groatsworth
and Chettle's Epistle to Kind-Harts Dreame are there, too. I won't
discuss it further here, but the site allows for comments to be made
there which I'll happily answer.
