What's the relationship between the Who series in UK and in the USA, where 
it appears on sci/fi channel?  I watched a "current" episode expecting the 
Shakespeare plot line, but Who seems to be in a different universe over 
here.

Who's Who, by the way?  Or Which?  A new one just morphed, apparently.
