Subject: Two Early Modern Positions at Brooklyn College
SHAKSPEReans may be interested in knowing about the two Early Modern
positions in the English Department at Brooklyn College, CUNY. --Martin
Elsky
Two Assistant Professorships in Early Modern Studies, one with a focus
in 16th-century literature-poetry, drama, and early fiction-and one with
a specialization in Shakespeare, to teach electives, both in our
undergraduate and masters program, composition, and Core Curriculum
"upper-tier" course. Candidates will have an interest in and knowledge
of interdisciplinary and theoretical approaches to the field. Please
send Curriculum Vitae, three (3) letters of recommendation and writing

Resource Services, Brooklyn College, 2900 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, New
