LITERATURE COMPASS GRADUATE ESSAY PRIZE - DEADLINE EXTENDED TO OCTOBER
15TH 2006!
Submissions are invited for the 2006 Literature Compass Graduate Essay
Prize.
Literature Compass (http://www.literature-compass.com) publishes peer
reviewed survey articles from across the entire discipline. Experienced
researchers, teaching faculty, and advanced students will all benefit
from the accessible, informative articles that provide overviews of
current research.
Entries for the 2006 Graduate Essay Prize should contain a survey
element which ensures the essay remains accessible to the
non-specialist. The incorporation of advanced graduate work is strongly
encouraged.
There will be a prize awarded for each of the 9 sections on Literature
Compass:
- Medieval
- Renaissance
- Shakespeare
- Seventeenth Century
- Eighteenth Century
- Romanticism
- The Victorians
- Twentieth Century & Contemporary
- American
