Subject: Hamlet Q1

The origins of this script, first published in 1603, remain a mystery.
Early draft? memorial reconstruction? work of piracy? What is certain
is that those who produced it, whoever they were, were closer to Hamlet
at its inception than we can possibly be. Production of this script can
give us a fresh look at a play we thought we knew well. Scripts are
available online; I have found them at University of Virginia, at Oxford
Text Archive, and at Project Guttenberg.

Cheers,
David Richman
