Some while ago, it was suggested that Robert Miola's Shakespeare's
Reading (probably chapter 7, Shakespeare as Reader) would help to
explain where Shakespeare got his books. But Miola is strong on "how"
Shakespeare read, rather than where he read. I make this judgment on a
quick reading this afternoon-after receiving the book in the mail.
Charles Forker does not appear in Miola's index.
