teachers, and library visitors. Working collaboratively with Folger
Development, the Director of Education will seek out funding opportunities
and participate in grant-writing. Duties include Folger docent recruitment
and training; oversight of Folger educational publications, online and
print; improvement of visitor services.
The Director of Education reports to the Director and works collegially
with 5 other division heads.
Salary: low $100s; excellent benefits.

preferred, minimum of seven years experience in successful program
leadership, development, management, and assessment--preferably for a

elementary or secondary level required. Broad knowledge of national
educational trends and of Shakespeare pedagogy essential. Some experience
in the role and use of technology in teaching Shakespeare useful.
