The question of whether "ducdame" is Welsh or not may depend on whether
Robert Armin, who specialised in playing comic Welshmen, played Jaques
or Touchstone.

If it is a phrase in Welsh, then the most natural equivalent would be
the everyday phrase 'dewch gyda me' = 'come with me'. It is standard
English mispronunciation to replace the 'ch' by a 'c', and 'gyda' is
routinely shortened to 'da' in colloquial speech.
