Several people contacted me off list to find out about this edition.
The copy is in the Folger Shakespeare Library at the present time, I
believe. It is discussed in Roland M. Frye's, _Shakespeare and Christian
Doctrine_ Princeton, NJ: UP, 1963, in an appendix.
