Subject: SHAKSPER Corp., Inc., Ltd.
Dear SHAKSPEReans,
After many e-mail exchanges over a considerable period with a member of
SHAKSPER from the legal profession, I am becoming increasingly aware of
the advantages and protections that would be afforded by incorporating
SHAKSPER as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.
I will not bore the membership with the details; but after ruminating
for a long time on the matter, I have decided to take the next step.
Is there a member of SHAKSPER with knowledge in 501(c)(3) law who would
be willing to talk further with me about nonprofit incorporation and who
might, should I decide to proceed, be willing to assist me in completing
the necessary paperwork?
On the Internet I have found legal services that "do it all" for fees
starting at $500, but I thought that I would begin by inquiring if
another member of the SHAKSPER community would be willing to assist me
first.
Best wishes,
Hardy
