Subject: Regarding Merchant Articles in Relarts
Dear SHAKSPER members,
In response to two recent threads "Untouchable Shakespeare" and "Now
Available" (11 March 2008), I have received private inquiries about my
article and John Klause's work. Both, as noted at the first thread,
appear in _Religion and the Arts: A Journal of Boston College_, edited
by Dennis Taylor, noted WS scholar and fellow SHAKSPERean. Problematic
for some members is the fact that the journal is not among the
subscriptions at many university libraries (not in JSTOR or Project
Muse, or even some Faith/Theology search engines), my own library at DU
included. Most immediately, interested members probably ought to request
the articles via inter-library loans through their university libraries
(or local municipal ones if members are not affiliated with particular
universities). Because they will likely come to you electronically as
PDFs, requests should take little time to arrive. In the long-term, I
encourage individual members to please consider placing a request
through the appropriate department for your library to add Relarts to
its list of subscriptions.
Thanks for the interest!
Best,
Nicole
